To submit your custom requirements, you need to create an Amy connect account if you don’t already have one. Once you log in, you can find the custom requirements section in the dashboard, where you can fill in the necessary forms and submit your request.

Our dedicated team will review your custom requirements and publish them for software agencies to send proposals. Amy connect also assigns a project manager to oversee your project from start to finish.

Software service agencies may have questions and require clarifications regarding your custom requirements. They may request one or two video calls to better understand the project scope and share proposals with pricing and timelines. Booking calls and messaging features are available for software agencies through the project activity page.

Once you receive proposals from various agencies, you can request a call for price and scope negotiation or engage in discussions through messages with the software agency during the shortlisting process.

After you agree to a price and scope with the service provider, you can make the payment on the Amy connect platform. The software service agency will commence work upon confirmation that you’ve made the milestone payment on Amy connect. Upon work completion, you can review the finished work.
